As soon as I realized I could attach fire to units I knew what I had to do 
I present the Fire Mage.

Some technical details - he uses grenadier animations and you also need a modified grenade (turned into fireball) for him to work properly, but the thing is, it has to be in the grenadier folder (it's all in the zip). This is probably due to the animations referring to the same file. In any case, this means that if you have these both units in game then either the grenadier will be hurling fireballs (nothing wrong with that
) or the mage will be hurling grenades. I'm mainly counting on the fact that most mods will not have these two units together. 
As a bonus I also included three vanilla units with the added fire - archers, longbowmen and catapult.
