Breton Men-at-Arms complete Set. Added two models and revised the Officer. I admit I was a bit lazy with the maceman but as compensation he still has some teamcolor:mischief: . This models are meant to give a diverse look for one unit, because of this I only included one button. Enjoy!

Very nice :goodjob: One of these days I have to start tryiing my hand at units. So far, I've just been sticking to leaderheads.

Good work Ploep. Maybe I'll put him on the moon to see how he works. ;)

really nice one Ploe! just the Helmet should have a smaller shield, then it is a perfect medieval soldier ;)
And YEA i am waiting for weapons and helmets too!

Hmmm, here's the thing about the weapons pack, I'm going in a more fantasy direction with it, here's a preview of some of the stuff it's gonna have:

I'm not sure how well if will fit with regular medieval units. If you'd like some more realistic stuff I can certainly do it (it's easier too :)) but that'll have to wait for the next weapons pack.

P.S. Oh and thanks for not putting any pressure on me. :joke:

This is really good. Medieval units are a necessity in my opinion.

Hello Ploeperpengel!

Nice work on these Men-at-Arms!

I'm trying to use the unit in the lower left quadrant of the picture as a medieval police man, the one with the wide-brimmed hat, and I can't figure out how to setup the art defines for displaying this unit.

I copied the Swordsman directory from the ZIP file and renamed the directory as "EarlyPolice". Regardless of whether I plug in either of the two NIF files in the place where such is provided in the art defines, the unit looks like a plain ole' swordsman, not the wonderfully colorful unit you depict.

Can you tweak this art def code to display the unit with the wide-brimmed hat?

Code:
			<fScale>0.44</fScale>
			<fInterfaceScale>1.0</fInterfaceScale>
			<bActAsLand>0</bActAsLand>
			<bActAsAir>0</bActAsAir>
			<NIF>Art/Units/EarlyPolice/BoundShape.nif</NIF>
			<KFM>Art/Units/Swordsman/Swordsman.kfm</KFM>
			<SHADERNIF>Art/Units/Swordsman/Swordsman_FX.nif</SHADERNIF>
			<ShadowDef>
				<ShadowNIF>Art/Units/01_UnitShadows/UnitShadow.nif</ShadowNIF>
				<ShadowAttachNode>BIP Pelvis</ShadowAttachNode>
				<fShadowScale>1.0</fShadowScale>
			</ShadowDef>

Thank you!
Spocko

Think the Shadernif needs to point to the nif used above. Also, what sort of problem are you having? If it is the redblob syndrome, make sure it is the right .kfm
