Biq to Bic

For those folks that only have vanilla Civ, is there a way to easily convert biq files (conquests) to bic (vanilla)? I've tried to save as in the conquests editor, but get error readings trying to open in vanilla editor. I've also tried the Map Tweaker and get same results.

No. The two files use different methods and CivIII could read it if it was converted unless it lost some features that are only avliable with Conquest. Sorry.

AFAIK, it's impossible.

It is 100% impossible without the CivIII source code to make a new program which wouldn't be legal.
