Referendum - Should we patch to 1.61?

Fellow Citizens,

A new patch for Civiliation IV has been released recently - 1.61. There is support for and against patching soon, and a turn chat is scheduled soon. We need to decide if we patch now or now. If we decide not to patch now, the discussion will continue on exactly when we should patch.

• Patch now - The DP will play the save with the 1.61 patch installed
• Do not patch now - The DP will play the save without the 1.61 patch installed
• Abstain - I have no preference
