Seeing as i have nothing to offer you as a profession, i decided i'll give you what i am. A layabout-taxwasting-good-for-nothing-smelly-stoodent.

So whadya wana know? Jus give me a go! :goodjob:

Is it OK to be smelly? Does anyone care?

your not useful to ask about uni! i gotta pay top up fees next year i need to ask about them :p

whats the ratio between time spent on studies and time spent dossing about?

What's your goals - near goals and ultimate goals. What do you want to do in life and how are you going about it.

Being a drop-out uni student (for pretty good reasons) I'd like to know your opinions. See how former fellow students are getting on, at any rate :p

It's not ok to be smelly, and people care. Whether you care or not is another matter though ;)

I do a science subject so I spend a lot of time in lectures and in lab -- perhaps 20 hours a week. Outside of that I do bugger all. Arts students tend to do less scheduled time and more casual private study.

I don't have any goals, I don't know what I want to do in life, and I shall go about it rather casually :D

Its a personal choice, depending on your friends, if you all make the same choice, its fine.

Depends greatly on yourcourse and how hard you find it.. Been very poor at motivation... beyond the 16 or so hours of lectures a week, i do very little (read nothing) but im still cruizing around the 2.1 , 2.2 boundary which im happy enough with.

Im doing Zoology though... get yourself into mediciine, and you'll be working every daylight hour god sends, and partying every dark one!

Hmm, goal is to come out of this degree with a 2.1 or if i can get my arse into gear a 1st.. then do a masters as a two year course in Ecotourism overseas (in Oceana somewhere i forget exactly  )

Ultimate goal is to be fighting with greenpeace or other similar organisation, and somehow making money to live a comfortable life. Not at all sure how to get there, but not too concerned yet (im only 19, and a second year student)

Dropping out completely scares me.. the "real world" scares me.. if i did drop out, id find another uni or degree to try.. i really have never thought about life without assuming id done all the education gig first. Certainly unis fine enough as it is for me to stick it out.
