I know I posted this in my big WW1 aircraft thread, but thought I'd make a dedicated thread for this famous unit to make it more accessible. Not many seem to notice the newer units posted there amongst everything else.

There are 2 textures. One w/ a brown paint scheme, one in red. The unit uses the fighter animations, so please point to the fighter.kfm files in your XML.

Only thing is when I first saw the thread's title I thought somebody was making a rude joke

P.S. For planes like these especially it'd be awesome to add a barrel-roll animation as they attack, or like a loop through the air

This looks great! Maybe somebody could make a mod where you can have 1st-5th generation fighters instead of just WWII and modern fighters like the game has by default.

GREAT UNIT!

You must be Reinhold Platz (he developed this plane for Fokker in 1917).
Reminds me of an old flight simulator, I played years ago, called "Red Baron".
Manfred von Richthofen would be proud of you.
