Citizens Assembly - Should we build the Globe Theatre?

This is an official poll of the Citizens Assembly. Please vote whether or not you would like to build the Globe Theatre. Should this vote carry, the Globe Theatre will be available to be built at any time. This poll also does not determine where the Globe Theatre will be built, as that decision lies in the hands of the Minister of the Interior. As always, citizen input can influence when and where this wonder would be built.

I would just like to point out that this is a National Wonder, not a World Wonder. Nobody can beat us to this, it can be built whenever we want to. I don't believe a no vote now prevents us from ever building it in the future.

Yeah... realy smart... We shouldn't build the Great Library ( which can be realy useful ) and insted of that we should build the Globe Theatre ( which is a piece of crap ). And what is more, the Globe Theatre is almost as expensive as the Great Library. LETS BUILD IT... YEEEEYYY....

I want to build the Globe Theatre, once, but not now. What should I vote?

Voting yes says you want us to build it sometime. We will fine tune the where and when later.

I don't think this poll is clear enough.

This poll has closed and the results are validated. With 10 out of 13 non-abstain votes, the motion to build the Globe Theatre carries by a 77% vote.

I hereby authorize the Minister of the Interior and the Governors Council to decide where and when to build the Globe Theatre, though they may seek input from the citizenry.
