Citizens Assembly - Science Rate

This is an official poll of the Citizens Assembly. Please vote for where you think you should set our science rate at this time. We are currently at 30% with a small surplus. I do not have all of the numbers at this time, but I'd appreciate it if our Minister of Science could post them.

Sigma since the science slider automatically adjusts down when there's no cash my choice would be "maximum allowable". Should I abstain since my choice is not an option?

I agree with Whomp. I want the fastest research rate possible.

Where should the slider be this turn? That's the question.

40% and let it automatically reduce to 30%. You can't run negative bankroll in civ4.
