Couple of medieval buildings for your pleasure.

I didn't make those though. Found them on turbo squid, reduced poly count, redid the textures a bit and added the shadow, that's about it.
Both buildings are in the same folder but the textures are clearly labeled so there shouldn't be any confusion about which dds files are used by which nif. I provided four variations of the main textures (since not everyone can quickly resize and re-export the images) - the default one and one that is used by the model has the exact same name as the nif file, and it has mip maps. The three additional variations are _nomip, _256 and _256_nomip. To use them just rename the default one to something else, and rename one of these to the default texture's original name.
house1 - 187 (including 2 barrels that weigh in at 56 polygons, so if you're really stingy on poly counts, those are the things to remove).
house2 - 136

P.S. Buttons are included in the zip. Also, the various extra elements, such as banners, signs, etc. can be removed using the nif viewer.
