I decided to change the thread a bit. I have some maps which I created or modified. So why not to share them

This map looks perfect for my new scenario - it has all of Scandinavia and Turkey, rare in a Europe map - great work! However, there is a problem for me also: I want to crop the map so that North Africa is not included and also to move the eastern edge a little to the west. Furthermore, I need it to have no resources placed (I like doing that myself ) and not to be for SevoMod. Does anyone know how to do these things with the map using the XML? Any help would be very much appreciated!

Yes it doe. However these resources are mostly placed in random locations. Of course there is natural gas in the North Sea or sulfur in southern Poland. I also added some spices and bananas which were not present in the original map.

I don't know. I like Sevomod so when the new version will show up I'm going to upgrade the map.
I don't have Warlords yet and I see many people doing nice Warlords maps so I decided to create something different. You can expect 2 other Sevomod 3.1destined maps today or tomorrow!

I am still not clear on whether maps really changed any in the transition to Warlords, In other words, your Europe map may work just fine as it is, if we simply change the file extension name. But like I said, I am not 100% sure of that.

Hey, these look REALLY interesting, just the sort of Civ4 stuff I like. When I try to download them, and it goes to FileFront, theres no where to click to download them. It just says: "This file is currently unavailable while we perform server maintenance. " I went back numerous times all week and it always has that message. Can anybody help? I would really like to try these.

any chance for those maps for simple non-moded warlords?

having a hard time DL from some links, any help?
