Tri Decree: Minister of Culture Office Closed

Using the never before used powers in our CoL, The Tri hereby dissolves the office of the Minister of Culture for this term. There was zero interest in the position and the only person to show interest never came back to accept the job.

We are currently working on an amendment to make this change permanet. For this term only the MoC duties that are neceassry for the TCs to continue are now in the control of the president. The amendment divides these duties between many offices.

Finally.

The position of Cultural Advisor has had many titles over the years of the DG, and has nearly always been a useless post. Supporters point to one or two terms where some use was actually found for it, yet those were all in the early years.

I only hope to see this elimination made permanent, and the office removed officially from this Demogame.

Although the Culture Ministry has occasionally been made good use of by its occupants, I do for the most part agree with Ravensfire that it has all too often proved a redundant sinecure. Excellent stuff.
