OK. i've searched the forum for this question but haven't found the answer so am going to ask...Me and my friends play multiplayer games, 2 of us on monarch, and one on noble difficulty....How does this affect the game for us?
Will the person on noble simply be given a handicap, so that they can produce, and research faster? Does the noble player have an easier time diplomatically with the AIs?
I am thinking that if the AI competitors are playing up to a monarch level to compete with 2 of us, then they will be extra hard for the person on noble difficulty?
