It is 3060 BC. Nassun, a 15 year old former resident of Nassasana, has vowed to start his own Empire away from his homeland after two years of recruitment. This has enraged the leader of the Nassasana, known as Nasurek. Though Nassun is free to wonder around the lands with his army, he has temporarily agreed to service Nassasana before himself. Can he break free from the grip of Nasurek and unite the Middle East?

This is a fictional scenario, and plays a bit like the Genghis Khan Warlords scenario that is shipped with the game.

You play as Nassun with the goal of reaching the top of the score by the end of the game. By far, your biggest enemys (Score wise) are the Egyptians.

Nassun is a vassal of Nassasana at the start of the game. Oh, and Nassasana is furious at Nassun. Wether you patch up relations or add Nassasana to your (hopefully) growing empire is up to you.

This scenario doesn't require any mods to play, and is still a bit rough. Hopefully however, feedback will be good.

Since I don't think it'd be a great idea to have to load up a mod soley for different religion names, the religions in the scenario are the default ones, and are meant to convey different religions. Obviously Egypt wasn't Hindu, and Africa wasn't Buddhist. But oh well.

Thanks. Hopefully you can suggest a lot of improvements to the scenario.

Edit: I have updated the scenario. Quantum, expect a..er...very, very hard scenario due to how little units I gave to Nassun. (It's now fixed)

I'll check out the update, buyou may want to give nassun a settler it seemed kind ofhard to get a foothold, more to come once I try it. Aslo, could youplease inform as to how you got a civ 4 map into warlords >.>

*EDIT* post edited, removed my bit about the increasesd turn timer, as I thought it was 100 to start, but then I saw it qwas 86, and it's now been increased to 91, should be good, i'll post more once I see what's been changed

Uhh.. something you want to take care of

egypt: they start with the great library and an academy in alexandria o.O aswell as the great pryramid of Khufu, the great pryamid wasn't built until around 2560, the great library not until 300 bc, timeline inaccuracies aside, egypt seems a tad overdone.

it's a good map and is kinda fun. if you want I could try and help ya in the world builder? if you could give me an example of perhaps what you were shooting for in general, perhaps I could assist?

I don't think you need too. I'm not making a huge scenario, it's just a simple scenario with a single goal: Get to the top of the scores.

And I have those two wonders for Egypt in order to make them harder to beat in the scores.

Anyway, have you see Postas do anything much? He's the minor civ above Africa.

Greece? ya, he does alot, he moves to conquer sporadia, then crushes istanbul,. moves against eygpt, then .. well then I don;t know, but after brown takes heliopolis he won't do much

Version VII (Added August 8th, at 9:32 AM)
Gave Nassun some new teches
Gave Egypt the Great Wall (Historically accurate? No. But for a greater challenge)
Renamed Alexandria to some Egyptian sounding name
Egypt is automatically at war with Nasurek and Nassun
Gave a few more starting units
Changed Nasurek's leaderhead from Ragnar to Mehmed
Various unit changes to the various minor civs

Version VI (Added July 26th, at 6:22 PM)
Tweaked Nassun-Egypt relations
Reorganized Nassun's starting army
Turns increased from 93 to 103
More barbarian cities on map
Various tweaks to most civs on the map

Version V (Added July 26th, at 9:54 AM)
Various tweaks to balance Treq involvement in Alexandria, and the Gede's from dominating the Treq
Tweaked the Losgu to make them stronger

Version IV (Added July 26th, at 8:57 AM)
Removed the three wonders. Great Library and Pyramaids from Egypt, Stonehenge from Nassasana.
Removed academy from Egypt
Noticable unit removals from the cities of Iran and Iraq. And a few minor unit removals in other cities
Changed ammount of turns from 91 to 93
Removed useless "brown" civilization slightly below Egypt, and redid it and put it in new lands! (Where Turkey is today)

Version III (Added July 26th, at 6:14 AM)
Removed Nassasana's starting teches. It made them way too powerful
Removed Nassasana's workers, and tweaked their starting units
Tweaked Nassuns starting army with two more units
Nassun now has starting gold of 300
Reduced units in the enemy city nearest to the starting point (In orange) to a single unit to get the ball rolling faster

Version II (Added July 26th, at 5:49 AM)
Added much more units Nassun's army at start
Tweaked Nassun-Egyptian relations
Gave Nassasana and Nassun starting teches
Changed ammount of turns from 86 to 91
Removed the abillity to raise cities
Gave Nassun starting gold of 100

I must say, this is a really fun scenario, you just take this horde and sweep through the land crushing the people beneath your feet, while other civilizations foolishly bicker among themselves. The inability to replenish troops for some time makes the player think out his actions, so this is a very fun "horde" scenario:D

Nice map!!! Can you do the big size map for my future mod "R.t.h."? I need in not a standart or huge map, I need only big size world map...
