AI personalities and how they like to wage war

This came up in another topic and I found more information than I expected. Apprently AI leaders wage different types of wars. I'm not certain because there the documentation in the file wasn't really there. But, this is what I think these variables mean

<iMaxWarRand> - I believe this is how often the AI will declare war if the power ratios for whichever type of war it is are met. I think the higher the number the less aggressive someone is. For example, Monty and Genghis have 50 as does alexander. On the other hand Gandhi has a 300.

So for example monty has 130 so I believe he will declare war on you if you are near as long as your ranks his less than 1.3 times his. Conversely, Liz would only go to war if your ranks is 80% of what hers is.

With this information I think you can do a threat assesment. For example, if you have Isabella near you, you need to be careful. She is likely to wage a limited war against you if you are near her. So, it would be smart to secure your borders near her.

I might be mistaken but, i thought that <iMaxWarMinAdjacentLandPercent> means that a DOW is also dependant on shared borders (atleast for most AIs) . For example, Leaders with a 0 are not effected by this, while all the others consider them in their DOW-roll.

im surprised there arent more comments on this thread... like is beckdowg or undecided right about the iMaxWarMinAdjacentLandPercent?
