Storm Series Team looking for testers for SOE

Ok guys after 2yrs in the making Storm over Europe is ready for alittle testing to get started finally.

Now we're only going to pick 5 of u from here and we have 3 from Evo already.

So let the bidding begin. U have till Thursday. Good luck.
 
I wanna try. :) Not only because I'm the first to respond to this thread but because I (and a lot of others) have been anticipating this opportunity for a long time. Consider my bid. Also, I'm still patiently awaiting the arrival of SOP. I really admire the tremendous effort. Keep it up. :goodjob:
 
For those of you that do volunteer... we need you to be absolutely serious about this. We've had more than one person volunteer in the past and just dissapear with all the goodies. And Recon is very strict about bug lists and progress reports. I for one can't give a fair assessment because I'm still making movies, and I cheat ($$$$$$$$) when I play.
 
How long is testing? If you want, I can give you guys some long play-testing reports for 2 weeks, but then it'll slow down come late August-early September.

BTW, don't consider me yet.
 
When you volunteer, please consider, that your PC must be able to move thousands of units over the map. The size of the units are regiments, tank-companies and sometimes bataillons for landunits, squadrons for aircraft and for ships down to the size of minesweepers and patrolboats.One of the testers counted for Germany alone about 1800 units on the map when starting in 9/1939. And don´t expect a complete game yet.

I've worked with thor and his daily progress reports(miss 2 and your gone) so I'll add my name to the list of those wishing to beta test.:) I only work only 3 hours a week and I'm ordering a $900-$1000 computer this week so my computer will be able to more then handle SOE.

And yes i should have said what Civi ( Blue Lion ) said. But along with that u better have atleast 2 gigs of free space on the hd as well.

Oh as for lenght of testing. really as long as it takes to get everything the way we want it. U know no errors and a good balanced game.

Hey cool. Thanks!:D I'm ordering my new computer right now so my computer shall be more then able SOE once it comes.
 
Well, Its not like I have a job. I wouldn't mind voulnteering.

I'm getting a computer with a daul core AMD 3800, a GE Force 7600, and 1GB of memory so I'm not to worried about running the only problem I have is it's not supposed to ship till the 22nd
