[Warlords] Stalin Diplo Music Change

I have heard complaints about Catherine's diplo music for Stalin, some wanted to hear Peter's and some wanted to hear the Soviet National anthem. I just made some changes:

Ancient and classical: Peter's early music

Medieval and Renniasance: Soviet anthem on piano

Industrial and Modern: Soviet national anthem by the State Symphony Orchestra

If you find something wrong, tell me and I will make the changes.

I have updated the file with a cleaner late music file. It now loops a little better.

Could a version be made for Beyond the Sword?
