AI and nuclear weapons

can some one make a mod so that the ai will build nuclear weapons?

They certainly do. If you're not seeing it then try bumping up the difficulty. I'm playing on Prince and the AI has no fear of using them when warranted.

Also, since Warlords, the AI is more than happy to drop the first nuke of the game if it gets pressured. It does seem to take a little pressuring before the first one flies though.

Following that it's open slather. Louis just declared war on me and launched seven nukes to get the ball rolling. Gotta love that.
