Too much unnatural black on his face.. especially disturbing is hat's shadow on modern.. other than that, it's really cool

OK, here's my 2 cents. I love the Industrial one, like the Ancient one, dislike the Modern one and am indifferent about the Medieval one. I'm torn. The shadows bug me. I know it's your artistic freedom and I respect that. It's just that I probably won't use this one as a 4-era LH.

The nose looks caucasian. His lips are skin tone. There is something off with the shadows.

Are both his eyes the same, because they look very different.
The modern era hat is too tall. And the background image from the same era does not look particularly modern.

I'm pretty sure the brim on the 2nd era hat should have been fur, or maybe rolled cloth.

Nice progression in props and scenary. I have no idea what an industrial era burmese king looked like... but, I'm pretty sure he didn't look like a french sailor. Still it is a good looking uniform. The modern one would have been better if you had used a different suit of clothes for the camo.
On the medieval one. the clothing looks like it should have been scales. The paint on scales with limited bump mapping doesn't work. What might work is have the yellow part not recieve the bump map. but have the darker part recieve the maximum negative bump. Thus creating more of an illusion of depth and the scale effect I think you were going for.

Finding good backgrounds is challenging. Your images are all pleasent looking. The first two work pretty good. The industrial one is nice to look at but doesn't look especially industrial. There is no industry, nothing to indicate what era it might be, etc.

Btw, most of the sample images from this king are close to the industrial era since he was killed in the mid 16th century.

well i like it in general but there are some "strange" things like the big lips and the medival clothing... I think you wanted to do something like :
2003_the_legend_of_suriyothai_009.jpg

But as you can see yourself there is still quite a lot of difference...

M2 has 3 asian morphs, He looks Japanese in the first era. Not all Asians are one race, SE Asians usually have arounder heads, and small flat noses. The lips are good, make the eyes more thinner. Also he has no eye brows, you must use texture maps. I will send you a Black, White, and Tan one. You can edit them to make each one look more unique. Also I turn off shadow when I render, because it doesnt look right, the only leaderhead I have with shadow is Vlad, and it is to make him scary.

I would change the 2nd and 3rd era clothing, and make the 4th more modern.

The background on the ancient LH is fantastic :goodjob:. I agree with some of the other comments here; the hat in the medieval LH looks too big and too high up his head, and the shadow on the modern LH is just a bit too extreme. Very impressive though, apart from these two points.

you uploaded a black person named "Bantu"

1. His eyes do not follow the player when he gets angry
2. 120 and 121 have happy face, so it goes happy angry happy. It should end with angry face
3. The camo on the hat and on the shirt looks too fake.
You can edit camo from the internet to the clothings

Also...
Shirou tip: On leaderheads, I do not conform the clothing to the model, I just move the clothing around so that it looks like its on him, but also looks good. Civ Army used M3 and when he conformed clothing. I cant explain well in English, but it lets you make it look more real...? PM if you need more understanding.
