An Amusing Leaderhead Request

I'm tired of looking at Lincoln in a fur hat. How about Joshua A. Norton, Emperor of the United States.

He is a real historic figure, and well-loved in San Francisco. He should be simple to do; since he's even more in his own world than most politicians, use the same LH for each era, and just change the background.

OMG...I know people in the "Emperor Norton Kabal"...although some of those people also belong to the "John Dillinger died for your sins" association as well...

lol I've never heard of him before. Still I hate Lincoln's face in the Diplomacy or trade screen...
