This is a small scenario I made. It is not based on any real events, rather just something I thought would be fun. Two civilizations are on a dual map and locked at war. It is Warlords; the two civs are Carthage and the Mongols. Each civ has 5 cities, each on a different island. The trick is that there are only five islands, so each island has a city from each civ on it. I think this is fun. Enjoy!:)

Well, not sure, but I rarely do such a high score...
So I guess it s easy, seems the IA never tried to work on his terrain s improvements.

I ran into the same problem, I think because the AI sees that enemy lands are near, and dosent want to risk sending out workers.
