Ingame python error

OK, I have recently been playing a new mod, but find that after I have brought up the ingame pyton console and closed it again, I get an error message: Cannot load CvABinterface.

My question is, what causes this error and are there any suggestions for how to fix it?

Edit: I wonder perhaps if there is some specific file that needs to be included that is not?

I put it in /mods/.
