No, he means the prop that he can use in Poser to make the unit, not just a picture...

Do you mean the red cloak with the yellow trim worn by the man in the middle of the picture? Here's a possible solution.
Go to this site. Click on "Goodies" on the left, and then on "Poser" at the top of table on the next page. Lots of nice things will appear. Scroll down until you come to the barbarian cape.
This is the cape that Kinboat used to make his Germanic Spearman unit. If you go to the Material Room and make some of the textures 100% invisible, notably the Fur colour, you should be able to end up with a posable robe a lot like the one in the image. It won't have sleeves of course, but if you give him a shirt as well and make the sleeves the same colour as the robe, it would probably look pretty good.
