Lakes Flat or No?

The rules say the Lakes map has to be flat. The game rejects a Lakes map that's flat and says it has to be cylindrical. Which is it?

Flat. Here is an updated HOFSetting.txt file: HOF-2.08.001_HOFSettings.zip. Replace the one in the HOF-2.08.001 folder to get rid of the warning.
 
I don't suppose you could change the mod so that it makes Flat the default when you choose Lakes, could you? :D
