Stores Were you sell your Product (Main revunue). Without factories though, they're worthless. $10,000 for a store.
Factories Were you make your products to sell to your stores and other players. $5,000 for a store

Money Makes the world go round. Used to buy factories and stores, and pay employees. Also, bribe politicions and border guards, and Buy out other corporations.
Main Industry What your factories mostly (or Only) produce. It can be anything: Candy, Drugs, baseballs, Computers, Shipping ect. May only have one
Other Industries You don't Start with these. It's what your factories also produce. 5 IC to have an other Industry
Employes Your Back Bone. 100 employes for 1 IC
Wages In "1st World" Countries (USA, Canada, Brazil, UK, west Europe, Germany, Australia, New Zeland, Isreal) Minimum wage is $5. Everywere else is $1.
