If you have C3C, you need to: (edit: of course you have C3C, if you have the Conquest Sengoku)

1. Go to the File menu
2. Click Import
3. A message will come up, click Yes
4. In the window that appears, click the empty box near "Rules"
5. Click OK
6. Select the .biq file whose rules you want to import.

Note in step 4 you can also import the map, or the players information. (city placement of each civ, unit placement, etc. This is only if the scenario you are importing from has pre-placed cities/units)

Oh and this is the wrong forum BTW. This is the right forum for this kind of questions.

Don't forget to copy and paste the scenario search folder. (that location in the Scenario properties that should read: ..\..\civ3ptw\extras\Medieval Japan\;Sengoku)

Play the Playground Mod! I mean, it's got Ninjas, WWII Infantry, Jedi, Zombies, and even Giant Death Robots! Seriously, what can go wrong when you've got Giant Death Robots?
Ok. This is where I got my avatar from. You can clearly tell it is not a boat, or a UFO!
