PRC Back Proposal to Disarming DPRNK

After a long talks with DPRNK, Japan, South Korea(Sheep), General Secertary of the UN(SHeep), and the United Kingdom People's Republic of China proposes the following:

1.) DPRNK will totally disarm it Nuclear Weapons program and all nuclear weapons it currenty has. China is more then happy to dispose of the nuclear weapons now under controll of DPRNK.

Once it is confrimed that DPRNK has disarmed the DPRNK will recieve the following:

2.) China will sponor a resolution to lift all Scanations against DPRNK
3.) China will increase aid to DPRNK, and hopes other nations follow China's Example
4.) China will sign a formal defense agreement with DPRNK. This will only come into play if DPRNK is a victom of an unprovoked attack. If they are respnosible for the attack we will not come to their aid
5.) DPRNK wishes to keep their nuclear reactors for peacefull purposes. Thus we propose that they be converted so that DPRNK can no longer use them to produce nuclear weapons, and can only use them for energy.

The People's Republic of China has reviewed the proposal by the United States. We think that it is a fair proposal and erge all nations to accept the terms, as it is in line to what we agree to the last time we spoke.

the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea would like to know if Chinas terms will go along with the terms delivered by the united states, or if one of them will cancel the other out

we would like to see some kind of mix between the two,

2.) China will sponor a resolution to lift all Scanations against DPRNK
3.) China will increase aid to DPRNK, and hopes other nations follow China's Example
5.) DPRNK wishes to keep their nuclear reactors for peacefull purposes. Thus we propose that they be converted so that DPRNK can no longer use them to produce nuclear weapons, and can only use them for energy.

we would like these terms added to some extent in the UN proposal, however #4 we will be willing to accept anyway but its not really a treaty condition

yes, but the chinese article 3 is aid, the American appears to be worded as only trade offer, we can now see how it could allow aid but would like the wording cleared up

and the DPRK is currently allowing the removal of nuclear weapons, not chemical, we deserve the right to defend ourselves as much as any other nation, we would request should the DPRK be forced to part with any kind of chemical weapon, that we will do so when the rest of the world has parted with theirs

We would also like to bring to attention that term 5 has nothing to do with the DPRK, we do not have anything to do with the drug trade

OOC: in the wikipedia under North Korea it also says they deny any link to drugs :p

IC:

Western Media does not concern us....

might we also add that the cease fire was declared null and void around August

OOC: too bad you didnt try it in the 80's, we could test out that Spearman-Tank Theory :p

North Korea does not sell drugs and we can therefore accept that term, the actions of weak willed individuals holding jobs within our government cannot be enough cause to place blame on all of the DPRK government

we would also like the treaty to be clairified, the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea will get rid of our nuclear weapons, the rest we keep, there are far more dangerous nations than us with them

DPRK if you say you are not involved in illegal activities then where is the harm in argreeing to the terms of the United States? As for our defense treaty, we see no need to included that with the other nations. This will be an agreement between PRC and DPRK, and no one else. PRC will honor all the terms that we have already agreed to with DPRK.

good... now we would also like to make it clear that we are getting rid of Nuclear weaponry, and things used to make nukes, our biological weapons and Rockets are not up for discussion

even if war was begun with a nation we dont see launching them unless attacked first so theres no need for totally dismantling the DPRK Millitary

we also thank China for continuing terms already agreed to

DPRK no one said you have to disarm your millitary forces. Only your nuclear weapons and the nuclear reactors you use to make them. I thought that we were in agreement on this point as long as you recieved the things that you wanted.

weapons of mass destruction

thats in the terms of what will be removed from the DPRK, whitch does include chemical and biological weapons as well as nuclear

South Korea checking in.

The Republic of Korea dismisses Article 4 of the United States proposal for the following three reasons.

1/ The cease-fire has served us well enough at the current time.
2/ Re-unification talks will continue once disarmament is over making a peace treaty moot.
3/ No-where in the article does it mention the Republic of Korea's security concerns and thus we are forced to protest this obvious attempt to destablise our Republic at worst, or at best leave us in an undefensible postion.

if peaceful Re-unification is to resume, why be concerned about your safety?
