FONT PACKS FOR CIVILIZATION III​

The following fonts are included in PACK ONE:

- Comic SANS MS (screens in post #1),
- Digital (screens in post #1),
- Kidprint (screens in post #2)
- (and backups)

past the font file (.ttf) into the game folder (civ3; ptw; conquests) an overwrite the original LSANS.ttf file.

i posted the last screens here.

i know that are some problems with pink pixels in the science advisor screen. You can change the font-smoothing to "normal" to solve this problem!

Is it correct, that only one changed font can be used in a scenario/mod or is it possible to use several different fonts in the same scenario/mod ?

BTW.: Nice civilopedia text for the "Abfangjäger". Is this a public German mod / scenario ?

btw: any proposals for new fonts?
 
I love the Algerian, but having everything in caps is very annoying, and small text doesn't look good. How about Garamond? I have more suggestions, but I don't have time to look right now. :)

to 1: to change one font is much better than if you can´t change any font.
to 2: Seems you are doing a big mod. I ´ll download it when it is ready. Good luck!
to 3: At time I have no special suggestion. From the new fonts "Comic SANS MS" (tzhe first one) is my absolute favourite.
 
Taube87, I appreciate your help. I tried making one yesterday for the Transformers mod I am working on, but I did not follow your original instructions correctly I suppose. I would be eternally grateful if you could take the SF TransRobotics Extended in my attached zip and make that into a font for me to use in Conquests. Danke sehr viel im voraus!:)

Thanks Taube, it's good to see that people are still finding new ways to mod the old game. And as civinator says, better to be able to change one rather than none.

How about something that looks old? Something that could be used in fantasy or ancient/medieval mods. Not too Gothic though, or else we won't be able to read it. :mischief: And also a full runic alphabet for LotM would be good. :lol:
