Right before history
It is roughly 20,000BC. The humanoid races have dwindled except a couple. The Sea Shokuin are still around. They have populated alot of lands around the waters of North America, South America, and Europe. They have evolved so far from land dwelling humanoids that they are barely ever seen on land. They can, in fact, barely live on land. They're almost fish. I'm telling you the truth.
The other races have spread all over the world.
Places like the indus river, the southern nile, siam, and the tigris and euphrates rivers, there started developement. Not yet civilization as we know it... The closest thing to a civilization, is a tribe called the "Magril". They are a Gigantopithecus tribe on the Siam river (Whatever the hell we want to call it in my world). So, someone can take that tribe and civilize it pretty easy. Tribes in the other lands I mentioned would also be easy to civilize.
I now want you to take over tribes and either civilize them, or roam around and pillage other tribes
. There is now manageable aspects of your tribe.
Population
How much population your tribe or civilization has in it. The first number is your actual population. Your second number is "slave population"
Economy
Economy will be spelled out in levels. You may raise economy by telling me how you do it. "Raise economy by taking over slaves around my lands, and using them in my fields" for example, would be some type of economy raising order. You spend an economy level whenever you raise something. So, if you'd like to raise the size of your army, you would spend an economy level on it
.Beware of allowing your economy go to crap, you may see bad things happen to your country... Well, I could almost guarantee crappy crap happening to crappy economies.Levels are as follows:
Depression-Recession-Almost crap-Normal-Good-Growing-Grand- and if you have better than grand, the level would be "Grand" and have a number of "+" signs to simulate how much better it is than the "Grand" level. Each "+" sign in this way can be spent as an economy level.
Education
How smart your people are. You can spend an economy level to raise this.
Really Stupid-Stupid-Almost Stupid-Alright-Above Average-Relatively Smart-Pretty Damn Smart-Genius
Army
The first number is how large an army you can draft that would be "Equipped". Equipped men will be "equipped" with the latest arms and armor available to the tribe or civilization that owns them. The second number is how many you can draft that would be armed with farming equipment or something of that sort. It is possible to be able to equip the whole of your population. You can raise the amount of equipment you own by spending economy on it. When you advance in an age, or make certain weapons obsolete, you must spend money on new equipment, and the old equipment will go to unequipped population. Keep in mind that whenever you lose army you lose your population as well, because they are just armed population.
Navy
You spend an economy level to increase the amount of ships you own. The amount of ships you make per economy level is determined by the amount of population you have, and how civilized your nation is. The more civilized a nation, the better their docks usually are. You lose population to ship crews when you raise the size of your navy.
Culture
How impressive your culture is. This is in levels, just like economy, but you can't raise your culture by spending economy on it. You raise your culture by writing stories and making your civilization stand out above the others. Sometimes uncultured people are so in awe of the cultures that surround them that they just freakin' flip. They just convert to the culture and are like "Teach me to be magnificent". Then the mother culture has more subjects.
Without Culture-Really uncultured-Crappy-Relatively Crappy-Alright-Decent-Good-Great-Grand- Then the "+" system happens as with economy.
Stories
This is a "Never Ending Story". Stories will set your nation apart from the others. They will give your tribe or civilization a "personality". They will increase your culture and they will make it to where I don't want to let go of your nation. Someone who writes more elaborate stories may find themselves having a better time in warfare than those who never write. Storywriters will also find their economy easier raised and their population naturally raised higher.
Templates
I would like it if you picked a tribe that I have already layed out, but if you feel that you NEED to make a tribe, then please... Feel freakin' free. It's your game, I'm just the mod.
