Khazad, Luchuirp, and balseraphs would top my list.
I like others but those are my top 3.
I love OO and runes so khazad and belseraphs fit those religions well. And i like the increased productivity of the khazad when you have an abundant or higher vault.
Luchuirps golems really kick ass IMO early on anyway. And i like perpentach because of his insane trait.

Luchiurp, Khazad, and Grigori what can I say I think dwarves are cool! The Grigori just have such a cool concept too. Though I like almost all of them and cannot rate mercurians and infernal yet as they will be in constant flux for a while I bet.

I agree... it's kind of early to make a choice. Especially seeing as how I haven't played as the Infernals OR the Mercurians yet. Loving the new Sheiam, though (Go forth and bring about destruction, my army of Extraplanars!).
My favourites in Light were/are the Grigori and the Calabim. I don't expect a great deal of change there.

I think the more interesting poll would be which 3 are your least favorite civs. You know the ones that when you get them from a random generator draw you quit and redo the game.

I am going entirely pre-Fire here, but
Elohim, Malakim, Hippus. Lanun would replace Hippus if naval units were more reliably significant to the game. (More a Civ thing than a FfH thing.) Elohim and Malakin are both solid overall and kick ass in the opening game. Hippus gives you units with many many many movement points. I like movement points.

The Calabim got a lot of votes - is there something special they got in Fire that makes ppl especially favour them?
