CFC Member Picture Quiz III

After the rather fun times of my other two Members Picture Quiz, I felt I needed to do another one. This was more because the last one became the members quiz during it's development, rather than being one from the start. As such, it always bothered me that it wasn't quite as good as it could be, and so I needed to do another.

I've wrote a little about the development of this picture below, but I'm fairly certain the bulk of folk want to see it and guess who's who in the pic. I'll just stick to the same ol' rules as last time and ask that you say who you believe it is, where they are and keep guesses to a couple each post (I'm looking at you NonCon)

. I haven't tried to draw anyone in a subtle manner
