The model have teamcolor and uses the war elephant animations.

Have fun with it!

Nice! They dwarf those trees like, well an elephant dwarfs an ant..

This is actually a really good idea since if a European country is training War Elephants, they should look like they're European and not Indian or something.

A number of people have set out to make civ-specific or at the very least region-specific units for horse units, but this is the first attempt I've seen to expand to non-horse cavalry. I'd basically like to see Camels, Elephants and Horses with their own civ/region specific variants even if those peoples never had access to such animals.

Yes, that would be cool having all those 'flavour' (To bring back a term from Civ III) Units.

As if there had been Elephants in North America, I bet the Natives here would have used them! And you do need Ivory (Elephants) To build them. Maybe you should require an oasis to build cameled units though?

It would be much, much easier to add a Camel resource than to mess with the SDK to be able to set a Feature requirement for a unit that wouldn't be as good as a Camel resource.

They look Croatian

Yeah probably.. And more realistic to. :P

Thanks for the support.:) Its hard to design a historical unit that never exsisted

I like it, but the texture looks a bit like a tablecloth. Putting the longbowman on top was a good idea though.

Maybe. But it's also a good pattern for the middle ages.;)

Great unit! By now I was expecting you would have been exhausted on ideas for making stuff.:)

Not as long as there's a forum... there's plenty of people to supply the ideas and the whip, but not too many to realize them. :whipped:

If Cham finds himself lacking in ideas, I'll be more than happy to give him a refill (I think I already did once in this thread) ;)

It does look alright as is but I think that it could look better with a different material. Here's some pictures I found on google if you decided to change it:
