So at 10 est. there will be a press meeting to explain this travesty of the criminal justice system. Now really this chaps my thighs.

What do you think should happen? Is this really as bad as I feel or am I just crazy? How can someone justify letting her out of jail so early after her disrespect for the courts, violation of probation and multitude crimes?

How did she end up in jail in the first place? I thought only illegal aliens committed jailworthy crimes.

Whatever.
Is anyone really surprised ?

Another pathetic troll comment.

So any guesses what her "medical" problems were? I'm gonna go with drug withdraw. I'd love to spend any jail time in her house on house arrest. This is just ********. The double standard here is amazing. I hope some average joe sues the crap out of the state.

What basis would the average Joe have for suing the state and what remedy would the average Joe get? I thought you were against frivilous lawsuits.

Favouritism in America?

Naaahhh.

It is because of ‘medical reasons’; I think the medical reason is being little rich girl

EDIT:

I am sure her house is huge and nice too.

amazing..isn't it...

but more amazing how hordes of people actually bother to watch and read all the rubbish that she creates

This is the free market capitalism at its finest. If your Granddaddy worked hard, you too can enjoy the fruits of that wealth by buying your way out of jail. Those who complain about it are those who's Granddaddy's were obviously lazier than your Granddaddy and are letting their class jealousy show instead of working constructively to move up the ladder so that their progeny can enjoy the privileges of success in the free market system.

So sueing for fair and equal treatment under the law is frivilous? As for remedies how about not having to go to jail for more then 4 whole days when you disrespect the courts and violate probation. Showing up late for a court date gets you a charge of contempt and added time she got reduced time.

Ah - now I understand Meritocracy. Inheritance is not important, you are judged and rewarded on your merits. :)

The average Joe spends zero days in jail because the average Joe is not a criminal. So what you are actually advocating is that the average Joe criminal get a right to sue because they have not been successful in life to the extent to enjoy the priviliges of wealth (the privilege of hiring a very good lawyer that can get you your desired result).

Do you know how much hard work it takes to be born into the right family/ Not everybody can pull it off. Paris demonstrated merit from the moment she was conceived.
