Question of CrpSuite

so i installed it. but how do i turn it on??? in alot of stories people have this samurai icon. what is that?

I think the "samurai icon" that you're seeing is the icon for CivAssist II.

Edit: As far as turning on CrpSuite, I added a desktop icon for MapStat, which is the only function I use.
