It's a good city, with it's flood plains, wheat and grasslands. It can have a lot of cottages and it will act as a blockade for the Romans.
Razing would also make Julius angrier at us.

Hey, we need to poll the option "Should we conquer Cumae, or negotiate peace with the Romans right now". Just to be on the safe side.

It looks decently good, but the few desert tiles to the west are annoying. But on a whole it's fine, and so I shall vote yes.

I still don't see why some people want to raze it. Cumae has everything: flood plains, forests and hills! It can be a big, productive city. Also, if we raze it the German borders are most likely to expand which makes it a longer journey for our troops through enemy territory IF we decide to attack Germany.
