Can somebody splice two SDK mods for EE: Deluxe?

Can anybody do me a quick favor and splice two SDK mods together for me for the Europa Europa Deluxe mod (for Warlords 2.08)?

I almost included in my post (AG, you know how you can repay me ), but I don't expect anything in return for helping out. It's an Albanian's nature to be extremely hospitable and helpful.

But a 25-civ DLL wouldn't be hard to compile
