Basically a ship that transported tanks to the beaches in Operation Overlord.

It was requested, and I finally got around to it. It could be used for any Landing Ships pretty much, the ones that dropped off the others that is.

Huge thanks GeneralMatt. :goodjob:

Sorry I have not been around for a while. Priorities have changed abit in my life so I may be gone from the scene for a bit but I will be back when things settle.

I understand. :p Happened to me also!

Probably.. You men a Mulberry was it?

very nice :)

but i always thought that during operation overlord transport ships were used similliar to that in civ4.

What's the idfference and what unit should be used to fit WW2 better?

Just too nice :)

Well the ones included were the ones that went from this type of ship to the shore carrying troops. So the default one is really misrepresented. (I think Smitty's Liberty Cargo ship is much better).

This was needed for a scenario I think.

SnipperRabbit@ Yes they did that too..

I think that the did carry heavy equipment like trucks and jeeps on the higher floors and under them there was tanks and other armor

The ships that the sunk was sunk to give cover for the harbor from the waves but one off them did fail so the did only have one then the did build a pipeline to the battlefront from UK that could be nice to have like a wonder that would give free supply to the units :D
