(CONFIRMED) Hillside being shown as plain (flat)

While playing I could build a mine on a grassland next to my capital thought it was strange and when moved my mouse over the plot found out it was actually a hill. Not a huge bug but its annoying thinking I can build a farm there.

I have lock modified assests turned on so im not tempted to edit thing in world builder. Im playing as Rome with Augustus on Small Pangea with 7 AI. I also regenerated the map a couple times before I found a spot I liked. (I cropped the image to reduce loading time)
