Just fancied a quick game today so went for an OCC (the increased game speed made this game realllly fly) but I've noticed a bug with the apostolic palace resolutions to grant a city to someone if it is under cultural pressure.
I'd built most of the ancient age wonders so the cities on my borders were pretty much dead, or so I thought. The apostolic palace gave me the resolution to claim 1 of the cities on my borders, I had nothing else to vote for so why not, it would just get the city razed quicker.. right? Wrong, it actually gave me the city! A few turns later it gave me the option to vote on another city to be passed to me, this one passed to, my OCC was now a 3CC! I could still build no settlers, and in a war later on I conquered a city only for it to be automatically razed as normal.
