I'll be sending PM's out to all people soon who have not registered here.

We need to find the GMs so they can set a deadline for allocating MPs to cities.
We cannot allow ourselves a continuous enrollment of MPs to cities or creation of new towns and cities after a certain deadline. Only Abgar and Perfection can do that.
