(CONFIRMED) No +1 with Taoist Leaders when holding a wedding...

I had an event appear where a Taoist and Christian couple were getting married, and I was given a few options on how to proceed. I chose to hold a Taoist wedding against the Christian Civ's (Vikings) wishes. The popup said this would gain me +1 with all Taoist leaders, but this didn't happen.

I have attached a save, for what it's worth, which confirms my choice in 220AD. However, if you look at the leader names you'll see no such +1 bonus with the Taoist leaders due to the wedding, but the -3 with Ragnar is present.

If you'd like to fix this yourself:
Go to "Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Assets\Python\EntryPoints"
Open the file "CvRandomEventInterface.py" in any text editor (Notepad will do). Go to line 312. That line says "return true". Delete that line, and then save the file. The event will work properly at that point.
