Add Poland as a playable civ!

Poland Module for BtS 3.02
Knight Version ---- Cuirassier Version
Starting Techs:
Agriculture and Hunting
Two leaders:
Casimir III the Great - (Organised, Protective; Hereditary Rule)
Jan III Sobieski - (Expansive, Charismatic; Organised Religion)
UB:
Sejmik - Replaces courthouse (+10% commerce, +25% GG emergence)
UU:
Hussar [Model by danrell] - Replaces Knight (25% vs gunpowder units, 50% vs melee units, 1first strike)
OR
Hussar [Model by danrell] - Replaces Cuirassier (50% vs gunpowder units)
Also added:
Blue Marble LH buttons
danrell's Polish flavour units
Depending on which UU you want to use, pick the version at the top.
Installation:
To install, extract into the assets folder of the mod you want to use it with. You should end up with a structure like this:
*Mod*/Assets/Modules/Custom Civilizations/Poland/
You also need to set 'ModularLoading = 0' to 1 in the BtS Configuration file.
Removal:
Don't like the flavour units? Want to remove Casimir? Want to get rid of the whole thing? Simply delete the appropriate folder.
