My favorite units yet. I love the Byzantine empire , thanks

WOW! these are awesome!!!! I'm in love

the spear dudes with those 4 B's on the shields in the 2nd picture top right corner, they look like Serbian spear dudes only diference is that their shields where with 4 C's (C iz in Cyrillic S). If sword and axe dudes had those shields they would be Serbian dudes! :D

Ahhhhh.... if only danrell would want to make 11 Serbian Units :mischief:

I love these byzantine units, byzantium is my favorite civilization and hare very under represented.

thanks!
knight is the original one in game, I changed the weapon only :)

Chugginator,
I 'm making the units of the Middle East now.

That's great because we're lacking in that area at the moment (we seem to have lots of Egyptian and Indian units, but not many Arabian Middle-Eastern styled ones.)

Looking forward to them :)

These are great, but I wanna note a problem with the chariot. The kfm file included doesn't seem to work, as it caused the Civilopedia page for it to turn up entirely blank except for the contents, the unit icon, and the unit name. The default Chariot_Celtic.kfm caused it to work perfectly, however.

I wanna also ask though: what is the horseman unit meant to represent? There's no such unit in the game, and I can't seem to find a melee mounted unit for it to replace.

Thanks for these units danrell, I like them so much I started learning how to edit the CIV xml files in order to add them :)

As other people who want to use them will have to go through the same steps, I decided to post a mod here which replaces all the standard civs with alternatives which use your units.

If you are iterested in it, get it here

All units are included, so you do not need to download them separately.
