Civ4 BTS BtS - Modular - Ivan Grozny 2.0 (Updated)

Ivan the Terrible 2.0

Ivan the Terrible was the first Tsar of Russia. This is a modular leaderhead, and becomes a fourth option as a leader for Russia.

Update: A new texture has been applied to the original by iloveplayciv by me, Aeven.

Credits: Iloveplayciv for the original 3D files and textures, me for XML'ing, adding animations and an extreme retexture.

The head looks great - the face and the hat

But i think the texture if the clothes need more texture It looks very painted for now.

I assume the vest is supposed to be shiny metal but right now it looks like its painted plastic. Other than the clothes, the head and hat look great.

Just so everyone is aware: Iloveplayciv created the original leaderhead, but didn't include any animations, or any XML. I added those.

About the textures, if I get a total of 6 requests for a better clothing texture, I will do so.

Not working. Modular is set at 1 in the ini file, but the leaderhead is not appearing when I select Russia.

Request 2. Otherwise it's good, but he looks he's wearing a plastic sweater-vest.

The leaderhead is working now. I changed the modular value in my mod ini (where it was setted to 0), instead of the ini located in My Games directory.

He was known as Ivan The Severe to the peasantry. Most of his brutality was actually focused at the nobility, as it was members of the nobility that abused him when he was a child. Russia seems rife with great leaders that are examples in personal contrast.

4th request for a retexture (especially on the clothes). The model itself is brilliant, especially the old-style Russian crown. It really is quite unique and would make a great addition to the current leader selection. Please do finish this or make it open for others to finish. Thanks.

Ivan III assumed the title "Grand Duke of all the Russias", while Ivan the Terrible was the first ruler to assume the title "tsar."
