crossing river BUG

I found a bug. When horseman is crossing river from distant (two titles away) then there is no attacking penalty.

Hmm. What on Earth is France doing all the way down there?

Don't think there's a bug, it's just a display thing. The penalty shows up, as soon as you move to the next tile and as there's no hoping over it on the heads of the unsuspecting defenders so consequently there's no bug either.

No, you are wrong! There is no penalty if i move with horseman two titles at once. Check out the savegame if you don't believe me.

Hm... ok, I got it now. I'm a little old school and usually move units by numbers pad. That horse archer really seems to do better than it should when i rightclick on the city two tiles away. I haven't played a game of unmoded civ for ages, so I can't tell wether the bug is with RFC or not, but this really needs to be addressed, since it's exploitable.
