SNESIV: Ad Infinitum II

Premise:
The Year: 2098
Russia was beaten in the Cold war, just not as badly, it now holds free elections (though it is for the most part socialist still). It is also now closely allied with America. France, Germany and the New Italian Empire have broken with NATO and formed their own alliance. Mankind has reached for the stars, Thanks to a new HyperAcceleration Engine (Pluto in a Month), and the first Extraterrestrial human Nation has been formed from a rebellious American lunar colony. Mars colonization has begun, only to find it already inhabited by martians small lizardlike fellows, not very advanced actually. Mexico and most of the rest of Central America have joined the US to escape conquest at the hands of the Incans. Africa has banded together to try to compete in the Modern world, joining the Star Reachers who like themselves have yet to Colonise another planet. The Race is on for Asteroid capturing. The rest is for you to write....

4. Battle calculations: don't say your taking a place over say you plan to send troops there, i'll figure out whether you win or loose.
5. Official secret service: PM me requesting information from the secret service. General info (ie: what is the most advanced troop that the people of Canada currently have), title it SS and the either General or specific. general missions have 100% chance of success and 0% chance of getting caught. Specific missions (ie: what does canada have defending Quebec?) have a 30% chance of failure (without being caught) and a 40% chance of getting caught (totally seperate from failure

Falke fightercraft are scouting the asteroid belt looking for a sutible base of German operations. Pres Bismark claims that Gewrmany must bring about a "Fourth Reich, a Space Reich"

Would you agree if some of my ships join your ships in the journey to the asteroid belt?We should also consider possible reactions to the constant terrorist actions by the Martians.

Orders:Some Mirage fighters leave Mars to join the Germans in their exploration of the belt.
The capital ship Marseille starts together with 25% of the French Space forces and parts of the army on board heading to the Martian basés to reinforce the garrison.
French sea shipyards begin constructing sea warships including Leviathan cruisers and Hercule destroyers.The program is part of the 5-year-plan for the rebuild of the French economy.

Russian colonists from New Siberia (Martian Colony) raise the Russian flag on the Mars moon of Phobos. The Russian people claim the whole moon as an extension to their Martian colony, by right of the current space laws, but are open to discussion.

Prime Minister Cooper walked into the office at 10 Downing Street and looked around. So much history, so much to live up to. This age could be Britain's second Golden Age, a New British Empire in space...that was Cooper's dream.

Orders: Space Navy divided into 4 Fleets, each with a capital battlecruiser as flagship. 1'st Fleet secures high orbit above the British Isles, 2'nf Fleet proceeds to the Moon to protect British colonies, 3'rd Fleet goes to Mars to secure British possessions, and 4'th Fleet begins exploration of the asteroid belts, looking for minerals to mine. Once any minerals are found, 4'th Fleet is authorized to claim an area 100 km. square of the asteroid field.

The American president Bill Clinton believes that the real gold lies not away from the sun, but towards it. 1st space fleet is heading towards Earth's sister planet, Venus, in hopes to find a suitable area to begin constructing the greatest colonization technology in the universe - a space colony dome. My space navy consists of the following (Skilord, this is just a proposal, please tell me if you deny or accept it. If you deny it, please make a universal size of Small-large space Navy's so everyone knows the size) The Navy is broken into five 'fleets', the 1st space navy, 2nd, 3rd and so on. Each fleet consists of the following:

2 Battlecruisers (biggest of all ships, about 100 yards diameter)
5 Space Skiers (like bombers)
30 Spaceships (like regular jets)

Also btw at this point relations between Russia and the US would be quite freindly. the only real power there is against the US would be the ULS (Who gained their independence from the US). Russia and the US are at this point formally allied.
