DJNES: The Night Game
Setting: The year is 2008, and all is right with the world. Or so it seems. Beyond the eyes of ordinary citizens, the war is going on between organizations, between countries, throughout the world. Politicians get assassinated, CEO's get kidnapped, Arms dealer turns out murdered; these are only the few atrocities occuring everywhere. From the turmoil and confusion, an organized agency was created. Its name was The Organized Agency. TOA was a highly secretive and organized agency that provided hired hands for the "jobs" around the world. They are neither good or bad, considered amoral, but they just do what they are paid to do. Its existence isn't even recognized by most people, save the elite few; those who first hear its name don't even take them seriously. However, as the assassinations and atrocities grew more and more throughout the world, the Central Intelligence Agency decided to step in, and put an end to TOA. Their first step is to get a trace on these terrorists. As a member of either TOA or federal agencies, the players will carry out various missions. But ultimately, TOA will try to avoid capture and destruction of the organization, while it is federal agents' job to arrest these terrorists and put an end to this terrorism.
Interpol: This agency is internationally funded, and sponsored, agency that represents the justice of the world. They have high level of intel and equipments, but less freedom to operate around the world. Their main job is to hunt down the TOA "terrorists". The current head of Interpol is Scott Alden.
The Organized Agency: This organized agency is a private agency headed by a man only known as: The Boss. No one knows who he is, nor has ever seen him, except those in high echelon. Despite being a private agency, TOA is well funded. Although not super-sophisticated like the federal agencies, they never had to worry about shortage of funds. TOA undertakes jobs from around the world to do various things: anything at all, and it is the TOA agents' job to carry out these missions. Agents can will be given orders by, and can contact, by Guy Teece.
Intelligence: There are two stats for each agents: Public and Secret. The Public stats is the one that can be viewed by anyone, but the Secret stats is obviously secret. The Secret stats, however, can be gathered by individual agents about another by doing some recon, hacking, infiltration, data gathering, etc. When accessing TOA or Interpol database, the clearance level will determine how much "free" information is available to you (1 lowest, 5 highest). However, you have to know what you're searching for. When given orders to find something out about another player, the information will be PMed to the requested player if it was successful. A failure can jeopardize the player's situation. Never assume anything. If you want the agency to investigate for you, then message your contact; if you want to do independent research, then PM me, as if it's an order. For example "I will google who my target is", and I'll PM you the result.

Specialty: Each agents will be given a specialty, their individual field of expertise. Only one can be chosen from Martial Art, Marksmanship, Explosives, Engineering, Hacking, Driving. The agent with a specific specialty will perform much better in specialty specific situations. (i.e. an agent who specilizes in martial art will have advantage when kidnapping someone, and agent in marksmanship will have better chance of success when sniping a target.) Even though not a specialty, a level will be issued to each attributes that will affect their performance. The level is from 1(lowest) to 10(highest). You can increase this by undertaking missions, or training.
Status: The current status of the agent. It can vary from time to time. It will be self explanatory.
Affiliation: Either one of Federal Agencies or TOA. But not necessarily loyal.
Location: Where the agent is. Vital in tracking someone down for his/her arrest or assassination.
Health: Injury or illness of the agent. Self explanatory.
Weapon: The current weapon the agent has now.
Biography: The public one will be very simple, however, the secret bio will be highly detailed (i.e. where he was born, real name, family, birth date, place, etc.)
Reputation: Self-explanatory.
Everything: Will give clues to what the agent is doing, where he is, what his mission is, what his next move will be, etc. You must figure it out using every information possible. Some things are vague, but that means it's that much more versatile. Use common sense.
Updates: Will be covering a span of two weeks. Each update will be a news report, dealing with significant events. At every update, the agents will be given missions/orders to carry out. But the missions/orders don't have to be done by each updates.
Orders: This will be tricky. But each players will have to give me full description as to how they will carry out this mission, all the way from insertion to extraction, even how they will stay hidden, etc. Don't try to rush everything in one update. Each mission can take multiple updates, unless time is one of mission requirements.
Scott Alden/Guy Teece: Can be contacted via PM to me for various things. They can do investigations for you. So, you would say "google up *insert whatever*." Then I'll PM you what they got.
Stories: Essential! More the merrier. Stories will have significant impact on updates. Think Samuel Fisher, Solid Snake, James Bond, Jason Bourne.
Remember, everything you do will have consequences.
