I noticed that most of the civs colors look a lot like each other and are somethimes the same.
I have attached a screenshot wich shows a continent that includes The Netherlands, Russia and Carthage. The are all orange. the Dutch have somewhat darker orange but Russia and Carthage have the same color.
My mouse is pointing at the cows next to Hippo wich shows that the cows are in Russian borders.
