EDU because you can't play any game without it, and RFC because thats just about all I play on civ iv.

DCM isn't finished. It doesn't have Ranged Bombard, Civ Changer, Opportunity Fire, Combined Arms Stack Attack, non-lethal combat, or a number of other items I have in progress.
Maybe in a few months.

First off, I appreciate the two fellas who voted History in the Making as the "Best". 
I had to vote for Fall from Heaven II... simply because it's the most unique and original, IMHO.
My runner up has to be Planetfall... having a spiritual sucessor for SMAC, running on the modern Civ4 engine is going to be loads of fun! Planetfall is the one mod I'm looking forward to playing the most.

FFH II is really just an amazing modpack.
There are two missing from the list that deserve some love - Amra's Modpack and The Second Revolution. I know how much work went into - and continues to go into making those for the community.

Maybe next time you make the poll World of Legends will be on there (theres still a lonnnngggg way to go until the Beta is done, Alpha should be done in the coming weeks and months).
