I could really use a Bolivar for Gold 4.0. This is a great cut.

I'm using fredrick as the base but had to chop off the top of tokugawa's head for the hairline. I need to retone the skin, eyebrows, and sideburns and re color the uniform. I may do a complete rechop of napoleon's outfit and washingtons shoulder things...so this in work.

Nice Start ! With a little more work, it will make a really great LH, a first class job

Thanks, I'm thinking of adding napoleon's suit. If anyone already has one cut (Roland, dutchking, bernie, anyone) it will help. I have been thinking that Alex's head maybe better suited though, to make a bigger forehead. I'll post updates (hopefully soon)

Try Napolean suit but preserve your colour scheme.
Suggestion - on the face, add some mutton chops.

The napoleon torso definitely makes it more realistic (closer to the pic you have of Bolivar). Keep it coming!

Ok, I've got it working in game and did more skinning. still get some noticeable black splotches but its looking fairly good.

You can send it to me after and I'll add shaders then send it back to you.

(shaders are what make the thing look real, see the mini tutorial I posted)

Just use Bolivar_Shaded.nif and the napoleon_spec.dds and so on in the existing folder.

Is he still using the base noshader texture, or he uses the Diff + Normalmap and specular map ?
