Nice and useful forts !!!

The first one may be used in Native America/Colonization scenarios, and the second looks like medieval Russian. Both of them will be used by me in my mods.:goodjob:

Hey awesome you did it!. This compilation picture with the house, city and forts makes for the first real 3d redux 'terrain building set' ever seen here at civfanatics. (you just forgot to add your new tower ;) )Well Done!. Now how are you coming with those those lil grasslands dots? :goodjob:

ADD: you know I realized this looks good without adding 3d terrain features like jungle palms or northern pines, desert cacti, tundra..igloos! lol.
The problem with makin a refined 2d version to look like a civ4 '3d' palm, is that CIv3's resources are flat. To overcome this one would need to overhaul the current stamp look of resource much like has been done with the citysets. Once a new resource stamp that was part of the terrrain likepurplemush in a wooden 3D "Grape Vat" or a 3d dye 'factory' was designed. all these 3d 'terrain building' features like a roll of 'rubber' of tires could blend seemlessly with actual 3d terrain features.

Tie it together with 3d rails and the new civ3 look has materilized. This is the only way to improve on Ares 'sattalite simulation' look in my eyes.

THis is the future of civ3 2009 I imagine. You may own 2008 man

I wanted to try this new fort in my mod but it seems the link doesn't work... :(
